POLICY
Return
of the product – Terms and Conditions:
Customer
satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the product, you
can request for a return.

Submit your return request for
the RGR (Return of Goods
Reference) stating the reasons and
we will get in touch with you with details and proofs of purchase to customercare@doyenstyle.com.

Once the request is received
and accepted, an RGR will be issued after which the product should reach us
within 7 days.
·
No returns are accepted unless
an RGR (Return of Goods
Reference) application is received within
1 day from the date of receipt of the goods (Delivery Date).
·
Items should be returned
unused, with all DOYEN tags still attached.
·
Wherever provided all packaging
such as authenticity cards, dust bags should be included with your return.
·
No returns are accepted for the
products purchased on Sale/ Promotions/ Discounts and products declared non-returnable.
·
Once the product is received it
will be sent for a quality check.
·
On the approval from the
quality check department, a refund will be made excluding the bank and admin
charges.
·
If the product does not pass
the quality check the amount will be decided by our quality team.
·
Please note that you are liable
for return shipping, customs and other incurred costs.
Refunds
·
Refunds will be credited to the
original purchaser's credit card or Paytabs account. Shipping costs, customs
paid, bank and other charges will not be refunded for items returned.
·
Customs duty, Shipping charges
and any other charges incurred on returned shipments will be deducted from the
amount at the time of refund.
·
Please note that card refunds
may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their
processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and is not under
our control.
